Poliplate 2 is a two-component coating based on modified aliphatic polyurethane resins in a solvent phase. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance and is scratch proof, making it ideal for protective finishes of epoxy and polyurethane coatings (clear version). The coloured version is suitable for concrete floorings that must be resistant to chemical attack. To obtain a non-slip effect with Poliplate 2, add Dracofiller glass beads (100 μM) at 3-5% by weight. Poliplate 2 has a glossy finish and is resistant to UV, hence it does not yellow and when used as the final protection for epoxy resin coatings it lengthens durability and improves resistance (see Dracofloor systems). It can be easily provided with anti-slip properties by adding glass beads (Dracofiller).
