mixers and casting molds in the construction sector. Prevents the corrosion of metal surfaces
during cleaning thanks to the inhibitors it contains. It removes even the most difficult concrete
mortar and lime formations quickly and safely without damaging the metal surfaces. It also
provides reliable and effective results in concrete batching plants, transmitters, post-construction
cleaning, cleaning of tiles and ceramics, wherever they need to be free of mortar, lime, and
sediment.
If SOLUCRETE is mixed with washing water and recycling water, it has no negative effect on
the quality of ready-mixed concrete.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
It is applied by mixing with 2-4 times water according to the degree of pollution of the mortar
residue and applied to the areas to be cleaned with a brush. Wait for a short time and rinse. If
the equipment to be cleaned is suitable for dipping, the mixture is left to stand and rinsed until
dissolved. For the cleaning of concrete mixers, the previously prepared solution is sprayed
onto the surfaces while the mixer is in rotation and all the surfaces are affected. After cleaning,
rinse with clean water. If necessary, the process is repeated.
